i need help

for a while now i've heard about people making crazy mods to pizza tower. and now i can play the game on my switch i've wanted to do the same! but, I cant because 1- i dont know how to. and 2- I cant think of what it should be/what to add. Could anyone who knows how to mod a game on a switch tell me how

[note i dont want to mod my switch itself, i want to make a pizza tower mod on it. So if there is a way to mod it without disecting the whole thing then can someone tell me how? thx in advance]!
